Popular restaurant recommended by a few locals. It was busy but there was only two of us and our 20 minute quoted wait time was only about 10 minutes. Hubby had Halibut fish-n-chips while I had the Salmon BLT. Both meals were tasty and the atmosphere was cozy for our rainy day in Sitka.
The fish & chips were AMAZING, I'm trying to duplicate the recipe in case anyone can help! The service was excellent though the poor waitress was a tad frazzled, still FAST!
We went for their king crab legs and we got them! Tasty and large. Server was delightful. It was super busy at the time we went but the line moved fast. Worth the wait.
Delicious food, good beer, and amazing seafood chowder. Callie is also an amazing waitress. I think she was single-handedly serving everyone at the restaurant.
This place was great! A really good salmon BLT! Also probably better than the food was the cocktails and the iconic duck fart shots. Also really great service too lots of personality!
Great place to eat on our Sitka port stop! Would recommend going there first thing to avoid the lines, but they seat pretty quick if not. Amazing service (Thanks, Jade 😊!!) and great food. Huge portions! Would say share a meal and get the 1 lb crab leg to share. Sweet potato fries are wonderful.
Coldwater was a surprise for us! A good surprise! The winter menu is terrific in taste, portion sizes, and price. It is well worth the visit and then a revisit. We ordered something from each section basically and they were all really, really good. We got Drinks, wings, club sandwhich, steak, Brussels, ginger and orange lechon, and ceviche. We absolutely loved the lechon!! There was also a side of fries we swapped out for the corn bread and they were crispy while being salted and peppered to perfection. The new chef is kind and works hard to bring all of these wonderful flavors together for all of us. Exactly what the old place needed. Talk about an upgrade. Fantastic place to stop by for lunch or a break while walking around town. I had the salmon dip with chips and the Alaskan Spotted Prawns with down butter. Both were fresh and delicious! Our bartender, Cindy, provided fantastic service.
Super nice snow crab and Halibut fish & chip. Plus nice Sunshine, it's really make my day! Strongly recommend to try. If you really want a good treat to yourself. 超好吃
We went for the Valentine's day special. Food was INCREDIBLE! Proce was really good for a 5 course meal! Staff was attentive. But the food... Sooo good!!! We got the surf and turf as well as the halibut. That sauce they have for the mashed potatoes! So yummy! Salad was good, pork belly was good, mud pie was good. Everything was so yummy!!! Made vday so fun!!!
